Shipping policy

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only. Our team is working to expand shipping coverage, and additional regions will be added soon.

Stay tuned for updates as we continue to grow and make FilGoodCo products available to more locations worldwide.

 

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. Please note that processing times may vary depending on the product’s availability the supplier's processing times. You will be notified if there is any delay in processing your order.

 

3. Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed, shipping times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the location of the shipping destination. Please note that shipping times may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, shipping carrier delays, and product availability.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and destination. The shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s status via the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated after you receive the email notification.

 

6. Delivery Issues

If there are any issues with your delivery, such as delayed or missing packages, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@filgoodco.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses: It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as "delivered" by the carrier. However, we can assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

 

7. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. We also do not ship to certain remote locations.

 

8. Returns & Exchanges

Please refer to our Return Policy for information on returns and exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
